What influenced you to choose Prospa for your management service provider?
We had a previous Orchard Manager who resigned, and we had very positive comments about Prospa from our neighbour.
How well do you feel your orchard has performed under Prospa management?
Our orchard has performed better under Prospa management than it has under previous managers. Our HW crop was the biggest it has been last season.
How would you describe the relationship you have with your Orchard Manager?
I have a very good relationship with both of the Prospa Orchard Managers I have had. They are great communicators, and I now treat them as friends.
How much do you value the orchard performance reporting you receive from Prospa?
I find the reporting very informative. My Orchard Manager delivers the information to me first and foremost and the reports support that. It has been good to be able to read the reports.
How effective do you feel your Orchard Manager is at producing the crop as cost efficiently as possible?
Our Orchard Manager is very conscious of the budget. Last year was a frost year, so he managed our spray program and fought to keep our costs down and our OGR up. He was very conscientious on this.
How well do you feel Prospa manages the Health & Safety and compliance requirements for your orchard?
I have no issues. Our Orchard Manager is conscious about Health and Safety, and he has Global GAP under control too. It is a case of out of sight out of mind for me, which is great.
