What influenced you to choose Prospa for your management service provider?
We are EastPack shareholders so naturally we went to Prospa. We were happy with the costs so joined.
How well do you feel your orchard has performed under Prospa management?
Our orchard has improved considerably in production since Prospa took over and is continuing to improve every year.
How would you describe the relationship you have with your Orchard Manager?
I have an extremely good relationship with my Orchard Manager, we have open discussions and come to a consensus together. It is a great relationship with no problems whatsoever.
How much do you value the orchard performance reporting you receive from Prospa?
The reporting is good, it gives enough information for what I’m looking for and I am happy with it.
How effective do you feel your Orchard Manager is at producing the crop as cost efficiently as possible?
My Orchard Manager always tries to operate for the best price. If he wants to deviate from the budget for any reason, he discusses it with me first to ensure I am well aware and informed. He is looking after the budget well.
How well do you feel Prospa manages the Health & Safety and compliance requirements for your orchard?
I like that Prospa does this part for me. I have confidence that my compliance and H&S requirements are all taken care of. If there is anything that needs doing, our Orchard Manager will tell us. It is hassle free.
What do you like most about having Prospa manage your orchard?
I know tasks will be done, and done on time, and done correctly. I am very happy with the service we have received over the years; we have a very positive relationship, and I am sure it will continue well into the future. All the Prospa staff are great.
What advice would you have for anyone considering partnering with Prospa?
I would say try them out. I have influenced some of my neighbours already, I highly recommend Prospa.
