What influenced you to choose Prospa for your management service provider?
We heard about the good service and good OGR results, so thought we would try it out.
How well do you feel your orchard has performed under Prospa management?
Prospa has delivered on our expectations. The first season our crop was hammered by frost and wind and Prospa has helped us navigate the challenges from the weather impacts, taken the stress off and got our orchard back on track. Our orchard performed very well last year, and we are happy with the results.
How would you describe the relationship you have with your Orchard Manager?
Absolutely brilliant, our Orchard Manager is amazing, and we couldn’t wish for anyone better. The communication is good, she is honest and so approachable. I like that if she is unsure about something, she will say so and then check and come back to me. I feel privileged and grateful to have my Orchard Manager.
How much do you value the orchard performance reporting you receive from Prospa?
The reports are great and have some good insights. I am happy with them.
How effective do you feel your Orchard Manager is at producing the crop as cost efficiently as possible?
My manager has done a great job with this. I am confident she is focused on providing the crop on budget, and there is no unnecessary work being done.
How well do you feel Prospa manages the Health & Safety and compliance requirements for your orchard?
I am very happy that it is all taken care of it is one less hassle we don’t need to worry about. I have confidence in Prospa to look after this.
What do you like most about having Prospa manage your orchard?
Prospa have a great team, great communication and a good overall understanding of my orchard. There are no nasty surprises, and I am really happy with that.
